About Michelle Witte, RP
Michelle Witte, RP, is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and a member of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. She specializes in adapting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults with ADHD, with a focus on executive functioning and implementation challenges.
Michelle has over 15 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. She was diagnosed with ADHD at age 40, an experience that deeply informs her clinical work, teaching, and approach to helping clients move from insight to action. Learn more about Michelle here.
