My experience & approach
This niche is personal to me.
With 18 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring clinical depth, emotional steadiness, and practical support to this work. I’m also the daughter of someone involved in a white-collar criminal case, so I understand how lonely, confusing, filled with shame, and unsettling this experience can be for family members.
I know how complicated it feels to hold love and anger, grief and loyalty, compassion and accountability at the same time. My approach is warm, direct, discreet, and grounded. I don’t excuse harmful behavior, and I don’t believe family members should be left alone to carry shame that was never theirs.
“You do not have to sort through these questions alone. You are not what happened, and you do not have to carry it alone.”

A few things you may be wondering
Before we talk.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching focused on support, practical tools, boundaries, communication, and next steps. It does not include diagnosis or mental health treatment and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice.
Who do you work with?
My primary focus is women and family members affected by a loved one’s white-collar investigation, conviction, incarceration, betrayal, or public exposure. That includes spouses, adult children, parents, and siblings.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are held virtually. In person coaching may also be available in the Midlands of South Carolina. We can discuss your location and whether coaching is an appropriate fit during the consultation.
What does coaching cost?
Sessions start at $200. Coaching packages are available. I do not bill health insurance.
Do you provide legal advice or court services?
No. I do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, forensic evaluations, custody recommendations, or court testimony. Our conversations focus on the personal and relational impact of what has happened.
What happens during the free consultation?
We’ll talk about what is going on, the kind of support you are looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You do not need to have everything figured out before we talk.
