She is a wife, mother, and expressive artist who provides guidance and support for fellow-creatives and folks who want to re-design their lives, relationships, and/or life's work. She uses a variety of tools like expressive art, cognitive therapy tools, goal-setting and action planning to help others achieve their dreams for an awesome life.
