Empowering Moms & Kids Through Playtime Power with Deborah Woods
In today’s episode, I sit down with Licensed Professional Counselor Deborah Woods to learn about her program Magnetic Moms. Her passion for helping moms and kids enjoy life together comes out in everything she does. Deborah is fiercely committed to empowering moms and kids to build the foundation for a lifetime of happy, harmonious times together.
What lights her up about this work is knowing that the things her family struggled with has prepared her to help so many other moms, dads, grandparents, and kids avoid the years of pain and frustration they suffered.
What sets her apart from other professionals is that her passion is the result of years of tears, tantrums, research and study. She has overcome huge challenges and achieved inspiring results for herself, her family and her clients. It’s deeply personal. She had to prove to herself that the evidence behind the strategies would get the results they promised. She combines strong credentials and professional training, with experience and determination to get lasting changes. She has discovered a deep respect for the parents and kids who have been her teachers and companions on the journey.
Over the years, her expertise has been honored with notable distinctions, including a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master of Arts degree in Psychological Counseling, a National Counselor Board-Certification and State of Missouri License in Professional Counseling.
