Bridget Boursiquot is a LICSW in Massachusetts with over 12 years in the field. She has worked with a wide range of clients including those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life threatening illness, relationship issues (family, friendship, couples, etc), stress, parenting concerns, life stages and transition, trauma and abuse, loss, and infertility and pregnancy. Here’s the truth - I am very intentional in my time management. I take a look at all the things I want to get done and that need to get done and just prioritize as best as I can. I do love my shortcuts like my crock pot for batch cooking, getting up earlier than our girls and getting some work done, working out early in the morning because if I wait too long in the day my workouts don’t happen. I pretty much wear a uniform so I don’t have to think about what will I wear to work (it’s these pants, tank and cardigan..I can dress them up or down…you can learn about my favorite clothing brand, ZYIA active on my site). I just look for ways to make my life more efficient.
