Guided Meditation: Embracing Nature and Releasing Anxiety with Lisa Mustard

This is a brand-new format and something I've been wanting to create for quite some time. This week's episode is a guided meditation.

I listen to guided meditations when I have issues going to sleep, and since October 7th, I've had trouble falling asleep. Usually, I turn to the Mindfulness app and pick a meditation or music and within a few minutes, I'm relaxed and asleep. (Disclaimer: I am an affiliate of the Mindfulness app. If you decide to make a purchase, I may receive a commission but at no extra charge to you.)

I have been thinking about writing my own guided meditations and I just went ahead and decided, you know what? I'm doing it!  And with everything that is going on in the world right now, I'm hearing from a lot of you that you're having a hard time with anxiety. You're having a hard time with feelings of sadness, and I totally understand.

This guided meditation should not be listened to while driving or when you want energy. It's best for when you want to relax and fall asleep.

I hope you enjoy this guided meditation, and it helps you! If you'd like more guided meditations, send me an email: lisa@lisamustard.com and let me know.
